Is comparing bills free?
Yes, always. Once a bill has been checked, comparing it with any other bill from the same provider costs nothing. You only pay for new bills.
How is a bill counted?
Every 5 pages count as one bill. A bill of 1 to 5 pages costs 25 credits, 6 to 10 pages cost 50 credits, and so on, up to 30 pages per file. Bills that cannot be read are not charged.
How many bills can I upload at once?
Up to 1,000 in one check. Uploading 12 or more together gives a bulk discount, rising to 10% at 260 bills or more.
Do I have to keep the page open?
No. Checking continues in the background. Your results, with the date and time requested and completed, are waiting in your history when you come back.
Can BillCheckAI tell me a bill is wrong?
It shows where a bill may be wrong, with the evidence and the amount involved. It is guidance, not a guarantee, and not legal, financial or tax advice. Always confirm with your provider before you act, and keep paying bills that are due while you query them unless your provider agrees otherwise.
