Information about refunds, cancellations, digital product delivery, access problems and payment-related issues for ECOSOFT DIGITAL products.
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and payment-related issues are handled for digital products and services offered by ECOSOFT DIGITAL , a digital products and software brand operated by ECOSOFT SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY LTD . Because our products are digital, delivery may occur immediately after a successful purchase through account access, download links, email delivery, product portals or other digital methods. We aim to handle legitimate refund and payment concerns fairly and transparently while protecting the integrity of our digital products and services. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
ECOSOFT DIGITAL primarily offers digital products such as software, web applications, AI-powered tools, eBooks, courses, templates, educational resources and other digital products. Unlike physical goods, digital products may be delivered or made available immediately after payment. Refunds and cancellation requests for transactions processed through Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's applicable Refund Policy, including any applicable discretionary refund rules and statutory consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A refund may be considered in circumstances such as:
Refund eligibility may depend on the product purchased, transaction status, delivery method, access status and applicable law.
For transactions processed through Paddle, Paddle may, at its discretion, approve a refund when a refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Relevant factors may include the nature of the product, the reason for the request, product usage or consumption, delivery or access status, applicable product terms, and applicable law.
Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.
Nothing in this section limits a customer's rights regarding products that are not as described, faulty, not fit for purpose, or otherwise subject to mandatory consumer protection rights.
If you paid for a product but cannot access or use it because of a legitimate technical problem, please contact Support before requesting a refund.
If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved and the circumstances qualify for a refund under this policy or applicable law, an appropriate refund may be considered.
If you completed a purchase but did not receive the expected digital product, access information or download instructions, please contact Support.
Before requesting a refund, check the email address used during purchase, spam or junk folders, account access instructions and any applicable product dashboard.
If the product was not successfully delivered or made available after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, we will review the transaction and determine whether a refund or another appropriate remedy is available.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product or transaction, contact Support with the relevant transaction details.
We may verify the transactions and, where a genuine duplicate charge is confirmed, arrange an appropriate correction or refund for the duplicate transaction, subject to the applicable payment provider's procedures.
If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, contact Support as soon as possible and, where appropriate, contact the payment provider or financial institution involved.
We may request reasonable information necessary to verify the transaction.
Unauthorized transaction investigations may involve the applicable payment processor, merchant-of-record provider, financial institution or other relevant service provider.
We do not ask customers to send passwords, complete payment card numbers, security codes or authentication codes through ordinary support communications.
To request a refund or report a payment or delivery problem:
Please do not send passwords, complete payment card numbers, CVV/security codes, authentication codes or other highly sensitive credentials.
For discretionary refund requests processed through Paddle, the request should be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date. Certain countries may provide additional or different mandatory statutory refund or withdrawal periods, and those rights will apply where required by law.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the information available, the applicable product terms, transaction records, delivery or access status, the nature of the reported problem and applicable law.
We may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify a transaction or understand the issue.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee that a refund will be approved.
Where a refund is approved, the refund may be processed through the original payment method or through another method supported by the applicable payment provider.
Where Paddle processes an eligible refund, Paddle's current Refund Policy states that eligible refunds are generally processed using the same payment method where possible and within 14 days of approval. The time required for the funds to appear in the customer's account may still depend on the bank, card issuer or other financial institution involved.
ECOSOFT DIGITAL cannot guarantee the exact time required by a third-party financial institution to complete or display a refund.
Customers should contact the relevant payment provider or financial institution if an approved refund has been processed but has not yet appeared within the provider's normal processing timeframe.
For transactions processed through Paddle, cancellation and refund requests are handled according to Paddle's applicable policies and procedures.
Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, that legal right will apply. For digital content, any applicable statutory exceptions relating to content that has already been downloaded, streamed or used will be determined under the applicable law and payment-provider policy.
Customers should submit cancellation or refund requests through the applicable payment provider's process or contact ECOSOFT DIGITAL Support where appropriate.
Where a cancellation right is required by law, that legal right will apply.
Some products may have additional product information displayed on their individual product page, sales page, checkout page or product documentation.
Product-specific information may explain the product, delivery method, access conditions or other purchase details, but it must not override Paddle's applicable refund procedures or any mandatory consumer rights.
If there is a conflict between product information, this Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable policies and mandatory law, the applicable payment provider requirements and mandatory legal protections will prevail to the extent required.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors or merchant-of-record providers.
These providers may have their own terms, refund procedures, transaction rules and customer-support processes. Where Paddle acts as the merchant of record for a transaction, Paddle's applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern the transaction's refund and cancellation process.
Depending on the payment method and provider used, a refund may need to be processed through the same payment provider that handled the original transaction.
ECOSOFT DIGITAL may work with the applicable payment provider to investigate or process legitimate refund requests.
Customers should follow the payment provider's instructions where a provider-specific process applies.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove, restrict or waive any consumer right, cancellation right, refund right, warranty right or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If mandatory law in your country or jurisdiction provides rights that are more favorable to you than this policy, those legal rights will apply to the extent required by law.
If you have a question about a purchase, refund, cancellation, product delivery or access issue, please contact us through the Contact Us page. For transactions processed through Paddle, you may also use the refund or support process provided in your Paddle transaction receipt or through Paddle's customer support service.
Please provide enough information for us to identify the transaction and understand the issue.
Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, security codes, authentication codes or other sensitive credentials through ordinary support communications.
We want every customer to have a clear understanding of what they are purchasing, how digital products are delivered and how legitimate payment or access problems can be addressed.
