Expired credits are not lost straight away. If your credits expire, they stay in your ECOSOFT ONE dashboard with a 30-day countdown, and we email you. Buy any credits within those 30 days and your expired credits roll over automatically, with the new validity counted from the day you Renew (buy another credit top-up). After 30 days of Credit Expiry and no Renewal, Expired Credits are forfeited and lost permanently.

Is it really free to start?
Yes. You get 125 credits when you sign up, enough to check 5 quotes. You only pay if you choose to top up.
Is comparing quotes free?
Yes, always. Once a quote has been checked, comparing it side by side with any of your other quotes costs nothing. You only pay for new quotes.
How is a quote counted?
Every 5 pages count as one quote. A quote of 1 to 5 pages costs 25 credits, 6 to 10 pages cost 50 credits, and so on, up to 1,000 pages per quote. Quotes that cannot be read are not charged.
How many quotes can I upload at once?
Up to 1,000 in one check (100 for VVIP A Class). Uploading 21 or more together gives a bulk discount, rising to 10% at 301 quotes or more.
What are VIP and VVIP A Class checks?
They use stronger AI readers for difficult documents. VIP costs 450 credits per quote, and VVIP A Class costs 2,750 credits per quote, with a second advanced model cross-checking every reading. The checks, lineup and reports are the same at every level.
I only have a paper quote, a video or a web page. Can I still check it?
Yes. Scan it with your camera, turn a video of the pages into a document, or capture your screen while you scroll. QR codes are read too, and we never open their links for you.
Do I have to keep the page open?
No. Checking continues in the background. Your results, with the date and time requested and completed, are waiting in your history when you come back, and we can email you when they are ready.
