When credits expire
Expired credits are not lost straight away
You get a 30-day window to keep them. Renew (buy another credit top-up) in that window and they roll over automatically.
Credits expire
Unused credits move to an "expired" balance in your ECOSOFT ONE dashboard. We also email you 7, 3 and 1 day before, and again when they expire.
30-day countdown
Your dashboard shows how many expired credits you have and how many days are left. We email you every 3 days until the countdown ends.
Renew within 30 days
Buy another credit top-up and your expired credits roll over automatically with your new credits. The new validity is counted from the day you renew.
No renewal after 30 days
After 30 days of credit expiry and no renewal, the expired credits are forfeited and lost permanently.

Is there a subscription?

What is the smallest top-up?
$10, which gives 1,000 credits.
How long are my credits valid?
That depends on your top-up: 1 month for $10 to $24.99, 3 months for $25 to $49.99, 6 months for $50 to $99.99 and 12 months for $100 and above. New validity is added to what you already have, up to 12 months. If they do expire, you still have 30 days to roll them over by buying any credits.
Can I use the same credits in other apps?
Yes. One balance works across every ECOSOFT DIGITAL app. Credits will also buy ebooks, videos, courses and other resources when they are available.
What happens if my credits expire?
If your credits expire, they stay in your ECOSOFT ONE dashboard with a 30-day countdown, and we email you. Buy any credits within those 30 days and your expired credits roll over automatically, with the new validity counted from the day you Renew (buy another credit top-up). After 30 days of Credit Expiry and no Renewal, Expired Credits are forfeited and lost permanently.
Do my bonuses expire?
No. Bonuses you unlock are yours with lifetime access.
What if I use all my bonus packages?
